Vinification: Fermentation at 16 ° C

Tasting: Pale pink color, very fresh in the mouth. It is a balanced wine, a touch of acidity offset by a fat that gives roundness. Vivid, its bouquet very fruity (strawberry, redcurrant) also feels in the mouth thanks to a long finish.
